1. Purpose and Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how OFCL PRNT CORP ("OFCL," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through its internal, read-only QuickBooks Online integration (the "Integration"). The Integration is used only for authorized OFCL business purposes and is not offered as a public consumer service.
QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit. Intuit processes information under its own terms and privacy notices.
2. Information Accessed
After an authorized OFCL administrator connects the Integration through Intuit OAuth, the Integration may read company information, financial reports, customers, invoices, payments, vendors, bills, expenses, and chart-of-accounts information from the authorized QuickBooks Online company.
These records may contain business, contact, transaction, financial, or other confidential information. The Integration is read-only by design. It does not create, edit, approve, or delete QuickBooks Online records.
3. How Information Is Used
OFCL uses information accessed through the Integration only to answer authorized internal requests, prepare internal summaries and analyses, support accounting and operational review, troubleshoot the Integration, and maintain limited security and activity records.
OFCL does not sell QuickBooks data or use it for advertising or unrelated profiling. Integration output is informational and must be checked against QuickBooks Online before it is used for payments, tax filings, financial statements, or other important decisions.
4. Services Involved
The Integration uses Intuit OAuth and QuickBooks APIs. It runs through OFCL-controlled OpenClaw systems and is restricted to an authorized Google Chat identity. When an authorized request is made, the requested QuickBooks information may be transmitted through Google Workspace and processed by OFCL's configured artificial-intelligence model provider, currently OpenAI, or a configured fallback provider, currently Anthropic, solely to produce the requested response. Those providers process information under their applicable agreements, security controls, and privacy terms.
OFCL reviews access and service-provider settings and limits use to legitimate internal business purposes.
5. Credentials, Storage, and Retention
The Integration does not collect or store an Intuit account password. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted on an OFCL-controlled local system and protected with owner-only file permissions. Tokens are kept only while the connection remains authorized and may be revoked through Intuit or removed locally.
The Integration does not maintain a separate long-term accounting database. Requested results may appear in authorized Google Chat or OpenClaw conversation history and may be processed or retained by configured service providers according to OFCL's settings and the providers' applicable terms. OFCL retains such information only as reasonably necessary for authorized business, security, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.
The Integration keeps sanitized, append-only audit metadata such as the date, requester identifier, requested operation, and outcome. Audit metadata is designed not to contain accounting payloads, report contents, OAuth tokens, or authentication secrets.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
OFCL does not sell QuickBooks data. Information may be disclosed only to authorized OFCL personnel or contractors with a legitimate need to know; to Intuit, Google Workspace, OpenClaw infrastructure, and configured AI providers as needed to operate the Integration; to approved service providers subject to appropriate obligations; or when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect security, rights, or system integrity.
7. Security
OFCL uses safeguards intended to protect Integration information, including read-only QuickBooks access, OAuth authorization, encrypted local token storage, owner-only permissions, identity-based access restrictions, and sanitized audit metadata. No system can guarantee absolute security. Suspected unauthorized access or token exposure should be reported promptly, and access may be suspended or revoked.
8. Choices, Disconnection, and Requests
An authorized OFCL representative may disconnect the Integration through Intuit account settings or request removal of locally stored OAuth credentials. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, privacy, or security may be submitted through OFCL's Contact page at https://ofclprnt.com/contact.
Because QuickBooks Online remains the source system, changes to accounting records must be completed directly in QuickBooks Online by an authorized representative.
9. Children's Privacy
The Integration is an internal business tool and is not directed to children.
10. Changes to This Policy
OFCL may update this Policy when the Integration, providers, security controls, legal requirements, or Intuit requirements change. The Last updated date identifies the current version.
